住宿入住退房時間為10:00~20:00 ; 參觀、探親時間為13:00-17:00 ; 採全預約制。

Check-in and check-out hours: 10:00 AM–8:00 PM; Visiting hours: 1:00 PM–5:00 PM; Reservations are required for all services.

24小時為一天，超過會加收安親費用。

Staying a day for 24hrs, therefore, check out more than 24hrs additional fees will be charged.

本館為半開放式空間，毛孩吃飯、休息時皆會待在房內。輪流使用活動空間，可以相處的毛孩會一起玩樂，無法相處的毛孩會單獨出來。貓咪皆為單獨使用活動空間。

Our facility is a semi-open space where pets stay in their rooms during meals and rest times. They take turns using the activity area. Pets that get along can play together, while those that do not will have individual time in the activity area. Cats always use the activity area individually.
